Fail forward mentality
I thrive in environments that encourage me to mold my experience with the talented processes and people on my team to create out-of-the-box thinking, build new strategies, and always be evolving.
The seller
Past the resume bullets: how I work, what teammates get from me, and the stack I run on.
I thrive in environments that encourage me to mold my experience with the talented processes and people on my team to create out-of-the-box thinking, build new strategies, and always be evolving.
I always put as much effort into selling as I do learning the product. Having the ability to demo on the spot, answer technical questions, and troubleshoot with clients instills confidence and trust.
When there was no playbook for virtual events, I wrote one and onboarded the org. I also helped design the global commission structure.
Not only can I learn a product quickly but also a new industry, having excelled in 4 different spaces within my career. Getting up to speed on product, clients, industries, and changes within teams is never an issue.
I have succeeded in, built, and coached teams across all of my roles. I have a team-first mentality that always supersedes my own personal ambition.
Feedback and critique are far more impactful than praise. Every mistake comes with a valuable lesson and I am never discouraged from it. I am also never afraid to give it in the correct settings to push teammates as well as leadership forward.
I have been the face of the company at global events, lead team trainings at client offices, and push for the in person moment as much as I can.
I hit my number at Uber Eats through a heavy restructuring. Ambiguity doesn't stall my pipeline.
Relentless preparation
I never walk into a meeting cold. Every call starts with research on the account, the people, and the questions that matter, so the conversation goes where I planned and recovers when it doesn't.
Product-led sales motion
I sell the way I learn: hands on. Live demos, real use cases, and letting the product answer the hard questions build trust faster than any deck.
Relationship management and immediate communication
Deals are won between the calls. I respond fast, follow up in writing the same day, and stay present with every stakeholder so no thread ever goes cold.
Feedback and learning
Critique beats praise. I ask for the loss review, coach with what I learn, and treat every mistake as a lesson I apply to the next deal.
